Senator Sharp, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
Finance Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 117                    
An Act relating to an infant care curriculum in the public school              
system.  Without objection, the bill was referred to the Rules                 
Committee.
